Student Feedback

“A very personalised and student focussed learning experience. Lyndel provided thoroughly useful resources to refer to even after the training was complete. Inclusion of practical elements to the class assisted in building confidence and skills needed to teach barre “
“Unlike other branded barre teacher training, Lyndel supports students to develop their own exercise content which allows for the greatest flexibility in later class delivery, and gave us the confidence to create unique and interesting classes suited to the attendees.”
“This course was so much fun to be a part of and full of quality, easy to follow information. Lyndel is professional, bursting with passion and has so much knowledge, which she shares so freely during classes. The discussions and prac class were definitely a highlight for me. As was graduation night! I felt confident to begin teaching straight after I completed my training, and have been teaching regularly since, and love it so much. If you have been thinking about doing this course, do it, it’s amazing!! This course is for you, whether you want to begin teaching barre, or just want to deepen your knowledge for your own personal practice. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Lyndel!! “
“Lyndel takes a very safety conscious approach to teaching, with injury prevention a priority. Once you understand injury prevention in teaching, she works with you to increase intensity of the workouts created to ensure attendees at your barre classes get a good workout while respecting and looking after their bodies.”
