Join us for the next 10 week block of movement classes, commencing October 10th, 2017. The studio runs classes in beautiful Inverleigh on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
We are super excited to be adding Barre classes to our Inverleigh timetable and have finally moved our portable barres into the hall! But what exactly is a Barre class?
Essentially, BARRE classes have a focus on strength and conditioning; a combination of simple ballet exercises, core strengthening pilates mat work and easy stretching to finish. Classes are low impact and there is no dance experience required. Not only will you develop strength and flexibility but you will also gain a better understanding of optimal alignment, posture and technique.
We also have a brand new SLOW FLOW/YIN YOGA class for those who would benefit from a gentle flow followed by sustained whole body stretches. This class creates breath and space in the body, releases muscular tension and develops a deep sense of ease and relaxation in the body, mind and spirit.
Beginner Yoga: 6:00-7:00pm
Flow Yoga: 7:15– 8:15pm
Slow Flow/Yin Yoga: 7:15-8:15pm
Classes held at the Inverleigh Town Hall – 71 High Street, Inverleigh
Investment: Classes are $170 for the 10 week term. Multi-class rewards offered for those doing more than one class per week. Please see website for further info.
